Hello, I'm Jose. a Full Stack Developer currently running my own freelance business. Previously I worked at and now I build web & mobile apps for clients through my company ForgeBytes Lab.

About Me

After studying 4 years Accounting at UNICEN, I decided to pursue my passion for programming and enroll in a coding bootcamp learning the current trends on the market to develop full stack Apps. My favorite part of programming is the problem solving aspect. I love the feeling of finally figuring out a solution to a problem and learn more every day. My core stack is React and Next.js Nest.js. I am also familiar with Rust and build smart contracts on Stellar network.

When I'm not coding, I enjoy researching new trending tecnologies and staying update in the tech scene. Currently I'm learning Bevy: a new fame engine writen in Rust, and learging how to build games. Please check out the next section 👇.

Freelance Full Stack Developer (Founder). I design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web and mobile applications using React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker. I manage self-hosted infrastructure on VPS, configuring Linux, SSH, Nginx, and Docker-based CI/CD pipelines. I implement cybersecurity best practices and have adopted Coolify for streamlined operations. I also implement local AI models to provide modern chatbot solutions for client applications.

Developed and maintained production systems using React, NestJS, MySQL, and TypeScript. Built cross-platform mobile applications with React Native + Expo for Android and iOS, acting as the sole owner of the iOS build and release process. Integrated third-party services such as Stripe, Cybrid, AWS Cognito, AWS S3, and Auth0. Worked with hexagonal architecture and contributed to smart contract development using Rust and Soroban for the Stellar Network.
